West Meon has grown up at the point where the valley road from East Meon meets the main road, the A32 from the north. The original nucleus of the village lies astride this junction and development has followed the route of the river. Shafts Farm lies in the valley on the north side of the East Meon road in the lee of the disused railway embankment, about a quarter of a mile from the centre of West Meon. Look for the long brick wall and you will see the entrance to our drive there is ample secure off-street parking.
